Shipping Policy and Returns
In Tune Piano Supply ships internationally whenever possible. Some products, such as flammable items, are subject to import restriction and cannot be shipped. Product descriptions will indicate if an item cannot be shipped internationally.
Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your items. You may calculate your estimated shipping and tax in the cart.
We process shipments every day of the workweek. For most stock items, you may expect your order to ship within 5 business days. Custom products, such as certain sizes of bench cushions and piano covers can sometimes take 2-3 weeks. We expect the selected shipping service to process your order in a timely manner, but if you find that your order has been delayed after shipment, please contact us and we will do what we can to help.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a refund promptly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you have ordered your item by mistake or have selected an item you do not want, we will provide a refund, but you must pay for return shipping.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please let us know and we will provide a return shipping label.
International customers are responsible for all customs, duty, taxes, and other import fees. Please review your country's laws regarding import fees.
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
